Chapter 154 Let’s Have a Baby

Erin woke up naturally at 8 am the following morning, and she immediately noticed that she was alone. She got up without sleeping in. She was wearing the dress she put on last night but had nothing underneath.

Recalling everything that happened last night, Erin fell angry and embarrassed. She felt her cheeks burn, but she could not think about it anymore. She had to hurry off to the set as she had a shoot that morning itself!

After she washed herself up, she went to the walk–in closet and picked some clothes that suited her. In any case, all the clothes were her size, and she could not care too much about it either!

As she was heading downstairs to the living room after getting dressed, she saw Chandler sitting on the couch at first glance, looking right at her.

Chandler was wearing a dark gray suit that was tailored with a pristine white shirt underneath. His crimson tie had two small letters delicately embroidered, representing the Frost Corporation. Those shiny, fashionable handmade black leather shoes could be seen as he stood up. With every move he made, he simply looked like an A–list actor walking the red carpet at an international film festival. Erin, who deliberately wanted to avoid his gaze, could not help but be attracted to him.

Chandler walked elegantly toward the wooden spiral stairs and watched every step Erin took as she came down.

There was nobody else other than the two of them in the living room.

Chandler’s dark eyes were unfathomable. In the instant that he looked down, he came to a decision. When he looked up at her once again. he said calmly, “Erin, I promise you I won’t marry Alana.”

Erin stopped in her tracks. There were only ten steps in between them at that moment.

Step by step, he walked up the stairs until there was only one step left between them. Even so, he was still taller than Erin.

Her heart kept pounding and a sense of elation washed over her, so much so that she did not even dare to voice out her question.
