"Ms. Crown, please sign for your flowers," the courier said as he handed me the flowers he was holding.

It was a bouquet of white roses. These were my favorite flowers, and only someone who knew me well would know that.

The first person I thought was Chris. He always gave me white roses for my birthdays and white lilies on ordinary days. But today wasn't my birthday, so I was confused about this sudden gift. While I was still in a daze, the courier raised the bouquet in front of me again. I had no choice but to accept the flowers from him as he panted, eager to fulfill his next delivery. "Who sent them?
