In the evening, Ellie left the outpatient building of the hospital with Mark. She saw Alex again by the roadside.

The smile on Ellie’s face disappeared the moment she saw Alex. Alex, noticing the change in Ellie’s expression upon seeing him, immediately showed a displeased look.
