Late at night, the entire family gathered around Alex’s hospital bed at Jaslands Hospital, struggling to hold down Alex who was howling.

Evan, unsure where to hold Alex, could only stand by and nag, “Mr. Warren, please calm down. If you keep howling, your leg will never heal.”

After a long exhausting night, Ellie returned to the Warren Manor to take care of Carlos, while Nancy, Evan, and Barry stayed at the hospital to look after Alex.
