The tension in the pack was suffocating by the time Aurora, Cassian, and Lila returned to the central grounds. Wolves moved with purpose, their gazes sharp and their bodies brimming with anticipation. The aftermath of Fenrir's and Arianna's advances had left everyone on edge, but the pack was still standing, ready to defend what they held dear.
