“Ava, you will do as you’re told, now sit there and shut up,” John snaps at her, his aura rushing over her, and I thought it odd that she wasn’t able to resist. She is definitely old enough to take over her father’s pack, so why hadn’t he handed it down to her yet? Was it the issue with the media?

“Son, please just take a seat,” My father says, and I growl, pulling a chair out and sitting down in it.

“Now, John and I have been in discussions over the last couple of weeks trying to find a way to put an end to this feud.
