Most were spies for the Watson Family, sent by Calbhach to undermine the construction supplies. Matthew had Errol lock them up in the Martial League's custody while he focused on training Cole himself.

Meanwhile, the crown prince had only managed to drag himself out of bed the day before. After getting thrashed by Matthew, who didn't even bother patching him up, he spent two painful days recovering.
