Chapter 3456 Die!

In a mere breath or two, Matthew had moved from his original spot to standing directly in front of the Medusa Emissary, catching everyone off guard. No one had time to react.

The emissary's eyes narrowed, sharp as needles, screaming internally, Move! For f*ck's sake! He tried to tilt his body to the right, desperate to dodge Matthew's attack, but Matthew's hand adjusted with a subtle shift, employing the first move of the twelve techniques of mixed martial arts, reaching for the emissary from another angle.

In utter disbelief, the emissary watched as Matthew's slender hand latched onto his neck.

Behind him, Casimir's face paled, his mind reeling. How could he be this powerful? He'd anticipated Matthew might be strong, but not to such a terrifying degree.

Allyson, who had been watching with mounting anxiety, suddenly froze, her expression stunned. She stared at Matthew gripping the Medusa Emissary by the throat, even pinching herself to be sure she wasn't dreaming.

A gasp escaped her. It was real-this mysterious man had subdued the Medusa Emissary in the blink of an eye.

Snapping out of his shock, Casimir shouted, "Release the emissary!" Regardless of his personal feelings toward the Medusa Emissary, Casimir knew he had to act. If the emissary died, his chances of winning this confrontation would drop drastically. The Medusa Emissary, trapped in Matthew's iron grip, stared at him in shock. He recognized the move Matthew had just used; it matched a technique he'd once seen in a video shared by a fellow gang member. Even amid a torrential downpour, the two figures in that video had shattered the rain with their powerful strikes.
