Chapter 198 The Reunion Of Remington And His Sons.
Cecelia didn’t try to stop him anymore as she thought that he would find out the truth about their children sooner or later. “Okay. I can take you there. But you can’t even see them. What’s the point of going to visit them?”
Remington was speechless and thought, “Could you please not touch a raw nerve in me?”
Fredric was about to go crazy. He wanted to ask the same thing.
Inwardly, he grumbled, “Mr. Nelson, with your condition, what can you see?”
“Although I can’t see anything, I can still feel them.”
Remington just wanted to become one of them and fit in her and her children’s lives. At the very least, he wanted to feel what it was like to have two sons.
Cecelia didn’t reject, so Remington quickly asked Fredric to drive. As soon as they returned to the city, Cecelia received a call from Morty.
“Hello, Morty. What’s up?” asked Cecelia.
“Cecelia, can you come over? I found something while sorting. through my father’s belongings,” said Morty.
“Sure. I’ll be right there,” responded Cecelia.
Cecelia hung up the phone and informed Remington of the situation. Remington immediately asked the driver to go to the Miller’s.
Upon arriving at the Millers, Remington waited in the car while. Cecelia went inside to meet Morty. “What did you find?” she asked.
Morty handed a bag to Cecelia. “I found this in a secret
compartment in my dad’s room. It’s an unopened envelope with your name on it, so I think it might be helpful for you.”
“Mr. Miller prepared it for me?” Cecelia took the bag and pulled out the envelope to check the handwriting on it.
After looking at it, she showed a surprised expression. “This is… my mother’s handwriting.”
Morty thought for a moment and said, “Could it be that your mother asked my dad to give it to you?”
“It’s possible!”

Cecelia held the envelope and felt its weight. She was excited because it was something her mother had left for her. She wondered why her mother didn’t give it to her directly when she was alive.
“Thank you, Morty. I’ll be leaving now. If you need any help, just contact me.”
Cecelia picked up the envelope, said goodbye to Morty, and walked out of the Miller’s.
When she got back to the car, Remington asked, “What did Morty give you?”
“An envelope. It’s probably something my mother asked Mr. Miller to keep for me,” replied Cecélia.
“What’s inside? Why don’t we open it and have a look?” suggested Remington.
As the luxury car moved on the road, Cecelia took a deep breath and tore open the envelope, pulling out its contents.
Inside was a thick notebook, resembling a diary, and a rectangular wooden box the size of a book, intricately carved with beautiful patterns.
The cover of the diary had already turned yellow with age. Cecelia flipped it open and saw that her mother’s name was written on the first page in elegant handwriting.
It was indeed her mother’s diary.
There was a lot of content and it spanned a long time, most likely beginning when her mother was young.
Cecelia needed to go back and read it carefully.
After putting away the diary, Cecelia opened the carved wooden box. and saw that there was something wrapped in oil paper inside. She carefully unfolded it and found that it was the cover of a book, which read: The Collection of Fragrant Clothes.
When Cecelia saw these words, she felt as if she had been struck by lightning.
Her shocked state for a long time and Remington asked her, “What did you see? Why are you not speaking?”
Cecelia gently flipped through the books inside but found that there was only half a volume of the book, and the second half was nowhere to be found.

However, it was really unbelievable that she found this book among her mother’s belongings.
“Remington, have you heard of the Songo Dyehouse in Porema, Bemanko?” asked Cecelia.
“Yes, I have. What’s wrong?” Remington responded.
“Do you know the legend about the Songo Dyehouse?” Cecelia asked again.
Remington said, “Yes, it is said that if one obtains the Songo Dye Secret from The Collection of Fragrant Clothes, he or she will have the opportunity to revive the Songo Fragrant Clothes. I am quite interested in this and have done some research. Why do you suddenly ask about this?”
“I suspect that my mother’s mysterious disappearance is related to the Songo Dye Secret. I need to study it further before I can say for sure,” replied Cecelia.
She put away the remaining pages of the secret book in the wooden box, getting á complex of emotions and thinking a lot.
If her mother was related to the Songo Dye Secret, then her disappearance would be easier to understand. Someone must have wanted to get their hands on the book and secretly abducted her.
Perhaps only by uncovering the secrets hidden in the Songo Dye Secret could Cécelia find out the truth.
The luxury car finally arrived at Bluebell Mansion, and Remington’s excitement grew as he was about to meet his other son officially.
Just t
about it made him happy.
The luxury car parked in front of the villa, and Fredric got out of the car first to open the door for Cecelia, then came over to help Remington out of the car.
“Is this Bluebell Mansion?” Remington asked.
“Yes, Mr. Nelson. We have arrived,” responded Fredric.
“No wonder the air is so fresh.” Remington took a deep breath of the fresh air and felt his lungs expanding.
Fredric thought to himself, “Mr. Nelson, you just like this place because of your love for Miss Linsey. Believe it or not, you’ll think even the earth here tastes better.”
At that moment, the three little ones upstairs heard the sound of an engine and looked out the window to see their mommy coming back.
