She was almost at the villa entrance when she saw the man entering the gate behind her. She quickened her pace, but he followed her to her door.

"What do you want?" she demanded, turning to face him.

The streetlights were bright enough for her to see his face clearly. Even in this situation, she was taken aback.

This man was beautiful. More than handsome-beautiful. He had captivating features, and an air of casual yet arrogant elegance. Olivorch a beautiful man being a stalker was a waste.

"This is my house. Since you helped me earlier, I won't call the police. Just leave!*

She took a step back, but he closed the distance.

"You..."

He encircled her. He smirked, then, to her astonishment, pressed his finger to the electronic lock, opening the door.

Sonya was stunned. He put his arm around her and guided her inside.

"I thought you were home, but you weren't. Mr. Givens said you went to the bar, so I got the address from him and..."

He'd beaten up Jenny Stone for her.

Sonya relaxed slightly."Why didn't you tell me who you were? I thought you were a gangster." Henry chuckled."I was wondering how to greet you. 'I'm Henry, your fiancé, nice to meet you? That would have sounded strange, right?" She laughed; it would have.

Inside, he kept his arm around her. She tried to subtly move away, but he pushed her against the door.

"You..."

Before she could finish, he kissed her. It was intense and passionate, as if he'd been longing for this for a long time. Sonya stiffened; although their relationship was unconventional, it was their first meeting.

She tried to push him away, but he held her tightly.

"Henry..." she whispered, shaking her head.

He held her head, his breath ragged."Do you know how much I've wanted this?"
