Chapter 652

After a moment, Frankie couldn't hold it in any longer. "Oh, come on!" he exclaimed, snapping everyone out of their daze. He jumped up and dropped to his knees before Yvette.

He then started to ramble dramatically. "Dear heavens, look at me. I'm Yvette's most loyal follower. Can't you make me a little like her? I'm not asking for much, just a third of her is enough! "Good heavens, this isn't fair. She's already incredible. Can't you just spare some talent for me?" Frankie clasped his hands. together as he spoke. His face was full of solemn devotion. Bruce and Sienna turned their heads away. The corners of their mouths twitched as they chose to ignore him entirely. What is this guy even doing?' they thought.

Chris was tempted to give Frankie a good kick, sending him back to his hometown once and for all.

Meanwhile, Jeremiah shot a deep, contemplative glance at Frankie, who was still frantically "praying" for help. For the first time, Jeremiah found himself considering whether he should send Frankie to Afria and never bring him back. The golden sunlight streamed through the window, casting a soft glow over Yvette's green eyes and her lashes. Her brown hair draped lazily over her shoulders as she stared at Frankie for a few seconds through half-lidded eyes. Then, she spoke in a calm tone, "Frankie."

Frankie instantly sprang to his feet, his face lighting up. "Yvette, did you just call me?"

Yvette's voice was soft as she said, "I don't believe in fate or destiny. I only

believe in myself."

Frankie paused for a moment, then seemed to understand, nodding confidently. "Yvette, I get it now. Asking the heavens is pointless, right? Got it, I understand."

Bruce, Sienna, Chris, and the others all thought Frankie had finally stopped with his "prayers." But just a second later, he sat back down on the couch and stared at Yvette.

When they saw this, they knew he was about to pull another stunt.

With a mischievous grin, Frankie said, "Yvette, have you ever considered taking on a last student? I'm smart, brave, kind, strong, and most importantly, good-looking." He even adjusted his collar as he spoke.

At this point, Bruce, Chris, and Sienna had completely given up on trying to help Frankie. 'Maybe we should just send him to the psychiatric hospital,' they thought.

Jeremiah turned to Yvette. "If you want him gone, I can take care of it."

Yvette propped her chin up on her hand and smirked as she nodded. That simple gesture made Frankie nearly leap out of
