Everett leaned back in his chair, casually listening to his team's enthusiastic presentation. A quick glance at his watch told him it was almost noon. But still, no sign of Selena.

Was she really double-crossing him? Did she take the money and run?

He picked up his phone, ready to message her and check where she was. But first, he noticed a message from Jaime.
