Chapter 22 Get Ready, I'll Take You Somewhere

On the first day of school, Alaric drove Harry to school, and as he stood at the gate, he was truly astounded.

Luxury cars lined up; all the high-end models but paled in comparison to his dad's ride.

Harry couldn't help but marvel, "Man, even getting into primary schools is so competitive now?"

"Caspian, haven't seen you during the entire vacation, and look at you-a handsome young man now," greeted the principal while he helped with his luggage.

It wasn't just because of Alaric; Caspian was the pride of the school, a model student who had won first place in a global math competition for youth-a dream student for any teacher.

"Dad, I'm off to school. Just focus on your work. No need to worry about me. I'll be home for the weekend," Harry said before Alaric's phone began to ring, changing his expression. He dismissed the call with a flick of his hand and waved at Harry, "Got it. Be good and listen to your teacher."

"OK," Harry replied, reassuring him.

Before, Alaric would have been genuinely worried, hoping that Caspian would make more friends. Now that he seemed different, Alaric had nothing to worry about.

The principal led Harry to the dorms and even made his bed personally in a luxurious single room.

Talk about living it up!

Harry sent Caspian a message.

Harry: [Caspian, your school is amazing! All the teachers truly like you. Are you adjusting well to the new school your mom set up? If not, we can switch back temporarily.]

Receiving this message, Caspian and Elisa had just stepped into the classroom and were still looking for their seats.

Caspian: [No need.]

Seeing Caspian's terse reply, Harry couldn't help but comment again.
