"The baby is still with her," Madam Quartley replied. "The doctor said Ruth is able to produce breast milk, so I had her feed the baby."

Tremaine frowned.

He then said solemnly, "Grandma, if you don't plan on letting Ruth raise the baby, then they should separate from now. She doesn't have to feed the baby; we can use formula." But Madam Quartley was an old-fashioned lady after all.

She quickly replied, "That won't do! It's not as good as a mother's milk. I had thought she certainly wouldn't be able to produce breast milk seeing how skinny Ruth is. But who would've thought the doctor actually said she can. In that case, the baby has to be fed his mother's milk. As for separating the two..." Madam Quartley pondered for a moment. "Yuliana can't take care of this baby; I haven't decided who yet. We'll talk about it later."

Tremaine still had something to say but decided not to after thinking about it.
