The sea breeze gently touched Bradley’s hospital gown, and he spread his arms, resembling a bird ready to take flight with the wind.

Watching from a distance, Kevin thought Bradley might be contemplating a romantic suicide. He hurried over and held his hand, speaking earnestly. “Bradley, are you thinking about ending your life over love?”
