Naomi was amused. Her lips were curled up as she replied, "Enough with that nonsense. Come in. If you make me mad once more, I will not speak to you ever again." I stood near the kitchen and watched as Sebastian followed her in. He saw me and slightly narrowed his eyes. Then, he said with a polite smile as usual, "How lively."

Naomi snorted and exclaimed, "Of course!" Then she introduced Yana and the others to him one by one.

Looking at Sebastian, I thought about the man who was in the cafe with me this morning. I couldn't help feeling a chill go down my spine.

"He's not a good man!" Wendy's voice rang in my ears. I was stunned before I came to my senses. I saw that her face had paled. Her body was trembling as if she had seen the devil himself. I looked at her and asked with concern, "What's wrong? Are you not feeling well?"

She shook her head slightly, took a few deep breaths and said, "I'm fine."

Sebastian looked like he was all sunshine and beaches. He glanced at me and Wendy before saying with a smile, "Naomi, is she your new friend?" Naomi nodded, held Wendy's hand and said with a smile, "I almost forgot to introduce you. Wendy, this is the boyfriend I have been telling you about, Sebastian." Wendy's face was still as pale as a sheet of paper. She stared at Sebastian and nodded awkwardly. Her movements were stiff and unnatural. It was as if she was still in shock.
