Facial recognition was required to access the president's elevator. Since Hendrix was not around, I had no choice but to access the staff elevator. Those gossiping ladies came over too. When they saw me, they finally stopped talking!

"Mrs. Roberts!" I was stunned to find somebody greeting me. I turned around. It was Estella. I smiled in return.

As the staff elevator door opened, I squeezed past the other employees into the elevator. Since they knew who I was, they stopped gossiping about Hendrix and me. Instead, they began chatting with Estella. It was easy to tell that everybody liked Estella. She was pretty and friendly after all.

I got out of the elevator when it reached the floor for Hendrix's office. Then, I was dumbfounded to find that his office could only be accessed via fingerprint recognition.
