Three days later, Sylvie needed to get her antenatal. As she sat in her car which was just parked in the lot, she recalled her plans of having it with Kage today. But there she was, alone. She glanced at her phone, the thought ringing through. Why didn't he try to reach her at least? Had be forgotten they were supposed to go for it together? Or he probably didn't care anymore. She closed her eyes, trying to push the images away the images of how good it'd be to have Kage beside her while they watch their babies together.

She looked at her phone once more and finally, fell for the templation. She grabbed it, her fingers a little shaky as she placed the call.
