Turning slightly, she leaned her back against the wall so she could look at Sylvie. "I was wondering when you'd finally get it up and stop letting those bitches take what is yours. Guess you aren't so dumb afterall."

There was a certain shadow in her eyes. If Evie hadn't been born into a rich family, she'd have probably been one of those girls who enjoyed living on the streets. Most times, Evie acted like she had no interest in the family and company and wished she were somewhere else.
