Noelle sat in the outer living hall and had Gordon bring her some tea. She picked up the cup to sniff and immediately put it back down. "Brew it again," she said.

Gordon was angry, but he did not dare to speak up. He brought the tea back and brewed another cup for her.

When Noelle reached for the cup, she found that it was too hot and directly splashed it onto Gordon. "Are you trying to scald me?"

Gordon's gaze turned cold as he quickly apologized. "I'm sorry, Ms. Noelle. I didn't mean to."

Noelle sneered in response. She had done what she did on purpose.

Xenia walked over after witnessing the scene. "Noelle, Gordon's already quite old. You should just have the other housekeepers serve your tea."

"He's also a housekeeper, is he not? If you feel so sorry for him, why don't you go and brew the tea in his stead?" Noelle asked.
