Arés & Eros POV

-Next Day-

It's about 8 in the morning and the packhouse was all a buzz for today was the day that Ares and Eros were about to become the new Alpha's to the Mystic Shadow Pack while Athena became the new Luna of the pack as well.

"Man, where has the time flown?" chuckles Eros, he and Ares off doing last minute things for the pack in order to help out their mother as well as those who needed it before the ceremony began. "Not sure, but either way I can't help but be excited for this moment. After all we've trained for this our whole lives and while we might have our Luna and pups, I know there will be many hurdles to face along the way so long as the Rogue King lives" replies Ares, attempting to be serious about the matter.

"Speaking of pups, what do you think Athena is hiding from us?" questions Eros.

"Mmmm... Well, if I had to guess I'd say she's hiding the gender of our babies if anything. Because everytime we ask, we get the same set of answers. It's a secret or I'll tell you soon, either way, I feel like she'll tell us when it's time" replies Ares to his brother as they make their rounds along the pack grounds making sure members were okay or to see if they needed any help.

"Still... it's killing me and Deimos... we really want to know the gender of our babies. Ever since she told us she was carrying more than one, I've been nothing but excited" remarks Eros with a

"Relax, I feel the same way too. Zeus has been bugging me nonstop. Yet all we can do it wait and hope she'll reveal the genders soon but for now we need to focus on the task at hand so we can start getting ready for the ceremony before mom gives us hell" remarks Ares, reminding Eros in the process as he remembers all of Zeus's constant need to ask about the pups.

'Can you blame me?' grumbles Zeus.

'No.. but like my brother, you need to relax a little before you drive me insane. Our mate will tell us in time, we just have to be patient' is all Ares tells him before returning to what he was doing currently.
