Ares POV

It wasn't even 30 minutes into coming home when all of a sudden I had felt the most excruciating pain ever. A pain so fierce that I was almost on my knees from all the pain, Kai having seen the way I had reacted does he all but grab ahold of me. "A-Athena..." I grunt out, knowing that if I was feeling this much pain then so was Eros.

"Alpha... Are you okay?" asks Kai, trying hard not to panic as he attempts to help me stand. Ignoring him though I move to contact Eros.

'Yo. Did you feel that? That crippling pain just now?"

'Fuck! Yes! Who or what was that?' groans Eros, having clearly been brought to his knees as well by whatever it was, my thoughts now drifting back to Athena.

'A-Athena...' I attempt to say only for a female voice to ring out with panic across our minds.

'ARES! EROS! HELP! 1-1 can't wake Athena! She's screaming out in pain. Please, I need help!' begs Artemis to her mates as if she truly
