Chapter 44: Sex In The Car

Anthony’s POV:

After storming out of the ward, I was so furious that I wanted to leave the hospital, but I turned back when I reached the parking lot.

I couldn’t leave Jennifer and Daniel alone in the ward.

I had just reached the ward and was about to open the door when I heard Jennifer tell Daniel, “We’re just friends.”

I froze, then withdrew my hand and walked away.

I was pissed off by Jennifer! How could she say that we were just friends? Damn it! Did friends kiss, date, and even make love with each other? If we were just friends, why would I worry about her and go back to the ward to find her even after storming out angrily? I couldn’t believe that Jennifer was actually ignoring me for another guy.
