Anthony’s POV:

When I finally made it to the cliff top, my eyes were immediately drawn to the legendary Tear of Edith.It was stunning.

When Jennifer saw the flower, she burst into tears and threw herself into my arms.

“Anthony, we made it!” Jennifer sobbed.

“We’ll finally have our happy ending!”

“My love, you’ve been so brave and I’m so thankful I have you.”

I smiled at her wistfully and held her in my arms tightly.

Just then, I noticed the countless scratches and bruises on her skin from climbing the cliff side.I couldn’t help but feel guilty and sad.

“Jennifer, you’re injured.”

Jennifer hugged me affectionately.
