"Penny!" Nina jumped off the stool, momentarily forgetting her drunkenness. She didn't know what was happening, but seeing someone trying to harm Penny was enough to spark her concern. She wouldn't just sit still when she knew her sister was in trouble.

For a moment, Nina was stunned by the fact that she could have hurt herself. But when she recovered, she slowly looked back at the person who had saved her.

"Finn?" she called, confused. "What are you—"

"Stay here," Finne said, looking at her with mixed emotions. "Don't get involved."

Her lips curved down as she allowed him to assist her back to her feet. Facing him, her expression was unforgiving and stern.

"Don't get involved?" she repeated, knowing what he meant. "That's my sister, and I'm getting involved whether you like it or not."

With that, Nina snatched her arm from him and turned her back. Without a second's hesitation or even a glance back, she jogged toward Penny, squeezing herself into the crowd. It was too late for Grace to notice Nina until she heard her voice.

"Penny!"
