Fabian reached out to take the wooden bucket from Elysia’s hands. Javier, noticing this, lifted the spear from her shoulder. With one hand tucked into his pocket and the other holding the spear, he moved with a casual confidence.

What had once been in Elysia’s grasp was now easily transferred to them, leaving her momentarily in a daze. She quickly regained her composure, saying, “This is my childhood friend, Phoebe.”

The group nodded in acknowledgment. Jack, however, remained in the shadows, watching everything with keen interest. It was clear that the members of the Evans family were very different from the chaotic Rosewood family; they genuinely cared for Elysia.

With a deep sigh, he turned and made his way to the courtyard. Just as he entered the gate, he spotted Max rummaging around.
