Minerva took the elevator straight to her office level.

She was on a call and when she finally found the folder she was looking for, she spoke, "I'm sorry, madam. I couldn't hear you clearly just now. Could you repeat what you just said?"

After hanging up the phone, Vera breathed a sigh of relief and then turned around with the folder in her hand.
