Chapter 1413

Just as Olivia had expected, Sam was completely dry when he got home.

The main lights in the house had been switched off, leaving a dim yellow lamp still on in the corner, illuminating the entire space. In the past, only darkness greeted him whenever he came back from working overtime, but ever since Olivia moved in, no matter how late he worked, there would at least be a faint light when he opened the door.
