Chapter 427

Usually, when Brad was drunk, he'd be quiet and docile. He would never yell or make a fuss. He'd just go home, crash on his bed, and pass out. However, even after drinking the peppermint tea, he was nothing like his usual self that night, raving and spouting all sorts of nonsense.

One minute, he was threatening to cripple Tyler; the next, he was ranting about bankrupting the Sullivan family. Then, he went on about getting Nadine fired from Harborview Hospital, forcing her to stay home with Sean. He even said he would drag Nadine home to give her a beating.

Brad complained that she was becoming more unreasonable by the day and that her sweet and gentle demeanor was just an act. He even claimed she had no conscience. Even though Sean wasn't his biological son, he never made a fuss about it, yet she still had the nerve to act out like this.

Now, the whole country knew that Nadine was going to divorce and leave him. Did she not care about his reputation? Was he supposed to just take this humiliation lying down?

His constant wailing was driving Sammy and Alex up the walls. When the clock struck 11:30 pm and he was still at it, they had no choice but to call the person he wouldn't shut up about.
