Brad had promised Sean that he'd help him win the games today. In return, Sean agreed that if they won every game, he'd get Nadine to take Brad out to eat. They'd only won one match so far, meaning they needed four more wins for Brad to get what he wanted.

Now, Nadine was trying to disrupt his strategy before they even got anywhere. She was getting more and more unreasonable in her requests, not even considering Sean.

Brad didn't speak kindly to her. Aside from his cold and sarcastic tone, he gave her a frosty look. It was as though he was staring at a mother who didn't care about her child.

That look made Nadine feel deeply wronged.

"I don't love my son? If I didn't love him, would I have been by his side all these years? Who's the one who's been raising him? What do you consider loving him? Hardly being involved in his life for the past six years?"

Nadine could tolerate a lot of things. But being accused of not loving Sean was something she couldn't bear. How many times had Brad cared for Sean? Changed his diapers? Attended parent-teacher meetings?

Brad. Seeing that, he quickly interjected, "Let's just stick to the
