Brad had no idea what had happened on Nadine's side, but Gigi's description

gave him enough to piece things together. He figured she must have been

frightened, and his expression darkened in an instant.

He coldly asked Gigi over the phone, "What were you doing when she was

surrounded? Why didn't you help her?"

Gigi was dumbfounded. "How is this my fault, Brad? By the time I arrived, the

crowd had already scattered. Sebastian helped her get out of that situation.

Honestly, if I hadn't realized the person holding Nadine wasn't you, I wouldn't have

bothered to call!"

She was there to pick someone up from the airport, not deal with her brother's

temper.

Brad grunted and hung up the phone. He then turned to his driver and ordered,

"Head to the nearest hospital from the airport."

The driver glanced at the road ahead and hesitated before responding, "Mr.

Hamilton, we can't turn around here."

Brad shot him a cold look. "I'll drive!"

Sebastian rushed Nadine to the hospital. She had minor abrasions all over her

body, none of which were serious enough to notice without a close look.

Still, he couldn't stop worrying and arranged for a specialist to check on Nadine.

Nadine finally relaxed and drifted off
