At the Flynn residence, Helen couldn't calm her anger when she thought about what had happened at school. She walked to the study, intending to tell Xavier about it.

However, when she reached the door, she overheard him on the phone, and upon hearing Yasmine's name, she immediately pressed her ear against the door.

She heard Xavier say, "Do you have time this weekend? Grandpa hasn't had much of an appetite lately, and he really wants to see you. Could you come by and keep him company?"

The person on the other end of the phone said something, and he replied, "Sure. Wait, Yasmine, how about I come to pick you up?"

Yasmine?!' Helen thought to herself, her face twisted with fury and disbelief. Xavier is on the phone with that bitch Yasmine! How can he still be in contact with her at this point? Doesn't he hate her the most? Morcover, his tone on the phone was so gentle, a tone I'd never heard him use with anyone else before

Then Helen thought of Yvette, who was downstairs preparing a fruit platter, and a plan formed in her mind. She immediately rushed downstairs and, feigning dejection, drank two glasses of water.

As she had expected. Yvette noticed that something was wrong and came over to check on her, asking, "Helen, what's the matter? Are you upset!"

Helen said with concern, Yvette, have you and Xavier been having issues lately? Have you had a fight?"

Yvette's eyes flickered momentarily, and she forced a bitter smile before saying. "How could that be? What happened to make you think that? Did Xavier say something to you?"

"No, I'm just worried about your relationship. I went to the study to look for Xavier earlier, and I overheard him on the phone with Yasmine. It sounded like they were talking about visiting Grandpa together. I was just wondering, doesn't he usually take you along when he visits Grandpa Why would he suddenly reach out to Yasmine this time?" said Helen meaningfully.

Yvette's face darkened. She said. "Maybe it's because Grandpa never really liked me. Since his appetite has been poor lately, Xavier might want Yasmine to go and cheer him up. After all, Grandpa has always been quite fond of her

Helen immediately responded, "Yvette, you mustn't think that way! Once or twice would be fine, but if this becomes a regular excuse for them to spend time together alone, that would be disastroust"

"But Grandpa doesn't like me..." Yvette said, dejected.

Helen comforted her, saying, You absolutely can't think that way! The less Grandpa likes you, the more you should take care of him and show him. your sincerity.""

After a pause, she added, "Besides, I really don't want Xavier and Yasmine to spend time together. Yvette, I'm saying this for "Thank you, Helen," said Yvette,
