Chapter 147 If You Don’t Spend It with Me, I’ll Have to Find Someone Else

Olivia’s smooth, ivory back was exposed as she changed into the gown, the cold air eliciting a slight shiver. When she stepped out, even Henry, who had always been reserved, couldn’t help but freeze in surprise.

The Olivia standing before them now was a far cry from the girl who usually wore plain, inexpensive clothes. Her natural elegance radiated effortlessly, something that couldn’t be faked.

The staff at JN Jewelry Store were momentarily stunned. It wasn’t her appearance that caught their breath but the unshakable, innate grace she exuded.

“Does it work?” Olivia asked, her expression calm as she turned her gaze to Georgina, whose face twitched faintly.

Georgina inhaled deeply, suppressing the rising irritation in her chest. “Ms. Carter’s figure… is quite good,” she forced out.

Olivia smiled lightly. “Shall I try on the others too?”

Georgina’s eyelids twitched. “No need. One set is enough.”

She had intended for Olivia to embarrass herself in her designs, not to flaunt her perfect figure and outshine everyone in the room.

At this moment, Georgina felt as though she had shot herself in the foot.

This wouldn’t do.

Suppressing her frustration, Georgina gritted her teeth in silence. Recently, Olivia had been acting far too unpredictably. Every calculated move Georgina had made had backfired.

To make matters worse, Alexander’s attitude toward Olivia had noticeably shifted–something Georgina

couldn’t ignore.

As a wave of jealousy and urgency swept through her, Georgina’s mind churned. She had to create an opportunity to push Olivia out of Alexander’s life for good.
