Cameron slumped on the couch, his eyes reflecting an endless abyss of darkness. He couldn't quite understand his own heart. Even though he knew Greta was deeply flawed and didn't deserve his love, the thought of her being humiliated and hurt was something he just couldn't shake off.

Greta had been in the bathroom for quite a while and hadn't come out. By the time Cameron felt something was off, it was already too late.

When he burst through the bathroom door, he found Greta had tried to end her life by slashing her wrists. Her pale, frail hand lay over the bathtub's edge, with droplets of bright red blood falling steadily to the floor.

Cameron's eyes widened in shock before he sprang into action. Grabbing a towel, he wrapped it around her and carried her to his car, racing to the hospital with his heart in his throat.

That night, Greta lay in the emergency room, while Cameron endured a night of torment outside, reflecting on their once fiery love and how it had come to this heartbreaking point. Despite his anger towards her, he didn't want her dead.

Luckily, Greta's wounds weren't too deep, and the doctors managed to save her. She came to later on.
