Nathalie was taken aback. She couldn't wrap her head around how her dad, who still hadn't fully regained his strength, managed to pull off such an elaborate welcome for her in just one afternoon. A warm glow filled her heart.

With a spring in her step, she swung open the car door and slid in next to Lincoln. Lincoln, brimming with enthusiasm, introduced the driver: "Vivian, meet Bradley. He's been with the Stewart family forever, a loyal aide to your great-grandfather."

Nathalie greeted Bradley warmly, "Hi, Bradley."

Turning to face her, Bradley beamed, "Vivian, you're as lovely as your father described. No wonder he lights up when he talks about you."

Nathalie linked her arm through Lincoln's with a smile, "Dad, let's keep things a bit more low-key, okay?"

Lincoln chuckled heartily, "Alright, alright."

The car glided smoothly to the Stewart Estate. But as Nathalie took in the sight of the place that had once caused her such heartache, her expression wavered. It was here that Nathan had faced danger.
