Chapter 23 He Set the Rules

Kate remained silent, simply embracing Eric tightly, gradually calming the emotions swirling within her. Eric stood still, allowing her to hold onto him for ten minutes.

Throughout this time, Summer Estate fell into silence, with the servants stealing glances at the embracing pair before quickly averting their eyes.
