Charles‘ POV

It was hard to imagine gentleness and sharpness could exist in the same person.

The girl sitting on the white leather couch had her hair pulled into a high ponytail and wore a gracefully Tailored long dress. Her slender neck arched like a swan’s, elegant and poised.
