Gilbert pulled a long face and replied, “I don’t care. I’m the birthday boy, so I’m in charge. You must grant all my wishes.”

Gilbert chuckled and began drinking.

Kelvin smiled and turned toward Gracie and Davian, “You guys can continue singing. I’ll stay here and chat with Gilbert.”

Soon after, the room was filled with singing again. This time around, it sounded much better

than the screams before.
