I come back from my early morning run, only to be greeted by Xavier who looks tense. I eye him, wondering if something is wrong with Regan but he shakes his head, motioning for me to follow him to the kitchen, where he sits down, just as Regan comes walking out, with a wide smile on her face. I gently stroke her shoulder. “Kitten, that’s a bit of a shame, but it’s not as though we can’t wait a little longer to do it again” I murmured into her ear. causing her to gulp and almost choke on her food as I chuckle.

I know that she can be self–conscious about her curves because she’s slightly thicker than some shifters but I like her the way she is and so does Xavier.
