I was groggy as I slowly fluttered my eyes open, the bright sunlight causing me to close my eyes and then reopen them as I became temporarily blinded. I could feel silver cuffs on my hands, the burning sensation causing me to grimace, even as I glanced around confused, the swaying motion making me feel nauseous as I fought to keep myself from vomiting. We were on the water, crossing what looked like a large river and I could see nothing but water and trees surrounding us. Where the hell were we? Nothing looked remotely familiar to me.
