I could still feel the throbbing pain in my back as I began to approach the cabin from the rear. Somehow it wasn’t surprising to see it there. They had to have somewhere to house Regan while they were waiting for us. I kept myself low, my eyes scanning every direction but sensing nothing was amiss. Perhaps I thought with a bit of a frown, they were all inside and had made provisions for when we gained access. It was the only thing that made sense.
