About an hour later, the doctor was examining Yvonne at the nearest hospital. He treated her scrapes and arranged for her to be admitted. She was hooked up to a sedative drip to help her relax.

Norton watched it all happen with great sorrow. As the nurse administered the drip to Yvonne, he stepped outside and called Leif.
