Today I got discharged from the hospital. I was happy and couldn’t wait to get home. See my son and just rest in my own bed. But I couldn’t get hold of Marcus to come and pick me up. I didn’t want to try Ethan after the conversation we had the other day. What he said made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to keep my distance from him for a while.

So, I walked out of the hospital about to call a taxi when a car stopped in front of me. When I looked, the driver was Given, one of Nick’s guards and driver. I raised an eyebrow wondering what he was doing there. “Missus, can I take you home? Sir left me here to run errands for you, he said I should get whatever you need.”
