I had been in the baby room, looking after the baby while Olivia took a well–deserved break. I had just finished changing her and placed her back into her bed. I went to make her bottle, and when I returned, I found that guy, Olivia’s friend, standing there, looking at the baby. I had no idea when he came in or how.

I had only stepped away for a moment to use the bathroom, and when I came back with the bottle, he was just there. It felt like he had just appeared out of nowhere. A miracle, maybe?
