Sandy had already made up her mind: if she never stumbled upon the right

person in her lifetime, she wasn't going to bother with marriage. To her, tying the knot or not was pretty much the same thing. In fact, being single seemed to offer a more laid-back and enjoyable life. Especially once she started working, she realized that romance was just a way to pass the time. Until she met someone she truly loved, she had no plans to settle for anything less. And she certainly wasn't going to marry just for the sake of it.
