“Cindy Snyder?” Xyla asked doubtfully. There was a look of disbelief in her eyes.

The two of them sat next to each other in their third year in high school. Back then, they were extremely good friends. After they graduated, Cindy had gone abroad to study, and they rarely spoke to each other since then.
