With Gianna pointing the way, Max's convoy moved out of the city slowly and eventually pulled up in front of an ancient manor in the countryside. Whoosh!

A flock of bats flew off the moment they appeared at the entrance of the manor. On the heels of that, the rusty gate opened automatically with a creak.

The convoy moved slowly into the courtyard of the manor that was overgrown with vast vine plants before stopping outside a mottled old house.
