At Newcove, a group of mysterious men came to the mayor's residence to visit Mueller on a dark night.

When a subordinate came in to report to Mueller, he hurried to the living room and saw a man with a shaved head sitting on the couch.

The man had a burly figure, and the black suit he was wearing looked like black armor on him.
