Chapter 70 The Recording
“I wanted to confirm something with you,” she paused, “I heard that you resumed working with the Clayton family?”
Thomas fell silent for a moment and nodded slightly, “This is what Elva meant. She said she doesn’t blame anyone and agrees to undergo the surgery, but she has one request. She hopes that we can continue to cooperate with the Clayton family.”

In just a few short sentences, Thoma s’s expression had changed from shock to anger.
