Chapter 572 A Suitable Candidate
“Don’t be angry because of my words. If you think I’m disturbing you, I’ll go back now and wait until
you’re in a good mood.”
After that, he turned around and got into the car.
Hendry finally left, and Andy came to Kaylah, gently holding her hand.
“Alright, don’t think about it anymore. It has nothing to do with you now. You have a new future.”
Kaylah nodded. She tried her best to suppress her emotions. She forcefully looked away from
Hendry and turned around to talk to Andy in a sweet voice, “I’m fine, Andy. Sorry, you had to see me like that again.”
Andy looked distressed. As a woman, she naturally understood how uncomfortable it was to be in
a toxic relationship.

Andy didn’t know what to say and could only reach out to hug Kaylah, gently patting her back.
Hendry went all the way back to the hospital. Just as he arrived, he saw Edith waiting in the ward. She looked at Hendry disapprovingly.
“You just recovered from a serious illness. Why did you leave the hospital in such a hurry? Do you
not even cherish your own life?”
Hendry did not speak. He just lay back on the bed, turned around, and closed his eyes.
Edith realized he was unwilling to speak and did not interrogate him. Fortunately, he came back. Otherwise, if something happened to him, the Lowery family would be finished.
When she went out, she happened to meet Cecilia who just came back.
“***, I’m back. Do you know who Hendry went to see?” Cecilia’s eyes lit up when she saw Edith.
“Who? Who else could it be other than that ****, Kaylah?”
Cecilia nodded. “****, you guessed right. It’s that ****, Kaylah. Now that Hendry’s life is in danger, he still wants to see Kaylah. Moreover, he became like this because of Kaylah. ****, this is enough to prove that ****Kaylah matters to him. If this continues, I’m afraid we won’t be able to stop him.”
Thinking of that, Edith was extremely agitated.
Kaylah had been an eyesore to Edith for three years. Now, Kaylah wanted to marry into the Lowery family. At the thought of dealing with a daughter-in-law who never curried favor with her, Edith felt
suffocated and uncomfortable.
“****, I think it is not enough to ask Cindy to set Aryan and Kaylah up. We have to find a woman
who can replace Kaylah for Hendry.”
“But didn’t we agree with Cindy that we would set Alondra and Hendry up?”
Cecilia frowned and looked at Edith with some disdain.
